Core controls
HR OK uses encrypted HTTPS connections, isolated business workspaces, authenticated access, least-privilege service credentials, restricted administrator access and backups appropriate to the service.
Payments
Card details are collected and stored by our payment provider. HR OK receives subscription and payment status, not full card numbers.
AI processing
AI is used with guarded instructions and reviewed document structures. Requests are configured not to be retained by the model provider where supported. HR OK presents sources and review signals, and never treats AI output as a substitute for verifying the workplace facts.
Reporting
If you believe an HR OK account or record has been accessed without permission, contact support immediately with the time, account and a description of what occurred.
