Cancellation and refund policy
HR OK is a month-to-month business subscription with a 14-day card-backed trial and no lock-in contract.

During the free trial
Cancel any time before the trial ends and no subscription fee will be charged. The exact trial end time appears in billing settings and the checkout confirmation.
After the trial
Subscriptions renew monthly in advance. You can cancel from Billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the account must be closed earlier for security or misuse.
Refunds
We do not ordinarily refund unused time in a billing month. This does not limit any refund or remedy required by law. If a duplicate or incorrect charge occurs, contact support promptly so it can be investigated.
Data export
Before access ends, export any employee records and documents the business is required to retain. HR OK will provide a reasonable account-retention window before permanent deletion, subject to legal and security requirements.
